About Us

Our Story

We are one of about 70 Vineyard churches in California, and one of about 1,500 Vineyard churches around the world.

The Camarillo Vineyard began with a group of about ten people, meeting in the home of pastors Dan and Jane Smith in 1982. After about a year, we decided to "go public," and over the next year met in several different locations. At the Boys' and Girls' Club, the Vineyard grew to over 100, and eventually began meeting at the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Las Posas Road.

We moved into our present facility on Flynn Road in 1993. God miraculously provided the funds for us to build the current sanctuary, which we began using in 1999, and we recently completed a beautiful makeover.

God has blessed the Vineyard of Camarillo with a wealth of mature and godly leaders and workers. His goodness over the years continues to amaze us!
